Symptom:
The operSt property in instances of the uribv4Dom class and the routeType property in instnaces of the
uribv4Nexthop class may be set incorrectly.

Conditions:
The operSt property in instances of the uribv4Dom may be set to 0 but valid values for this property are:

1: 'up'
2: 'down-pending'
3: 'purged'
4: 'down'
5: 'del-pending'
6: 'deleted'

The routeType poperty in instances of the uribv4NextHop class may be set to 0 but valid values for this property 
are:

1: 'direct'
2: 'static'
3: 'mcast-static'
4: 'rip'
5: 'isis-l1'
6: 'isis-l2'
7: 'ospf-intra'
8: 'ospf-inter'
