Description (partial)

Symptom:
6PE BGP peering establishes. After that, Juniper device sends a notification message saying that Cisco Nexus sent a non-negotiated IPV6 unicast update packet and tears down the BGP session.

Conditions:
6PE BGP session between N7k and Juniper device.
