Description (partial)

Symptom:
Wrong TL1 and SNMP autonomous message for 10GE GFP counters

Conditions:
- Insert a 10x10G-LC-C card, operational mode set to MXP, peer card as any of Titano1, Titano2, Titano3A or Titano3B).
- Configure port to have GFP mapping mode.
- Introduce traffic using a traffic generator: counters are correctly incremented.
- From TL1 and SNMP point of view the autonomous messages are not raised correctly: objects are missing.

For example from TL1 point of view:

  M6-230-170 2015-01-12 06:50:35
A  5690.5690 REPT EVT OCH
   ":T-gfpStatsRxFrame-HT,TC,01-12,06-50-35,,,2000000,1900000,10:\"RMON Threshold Crossing Alarm (alarm index # 1)\",10X10G-LC"
;dlt-rmonth-gfpos::VGFPOS-7-1-1:964::gfpStatsRxFrame,,,,10:RISE=1900000,FALL=1500000,SAMPLE=ABSOLUTE,STARTUP=RISING;

Before T-gfpStatsRxFrame-HT, it is missing the object (it shall be: VGFPOS-7-1-1 )
