Description (partial)

>> Pickup notifications (audio/visual) are not shown on the DX650 phones if their lines are part of call-pickup-group.
>> However we are able to pickup the call. (By pressing the call-pickup button).

>> Checked with below DX650 versions


>> Registered the DX650 with below CUCM version, still the problem exists.

>> For other phone models audio/visual notifications will work good.

We have a customer who has just purchased 40 of these devices and has found this issue. All of the users they have given them to are manager/secretary board level types so need call pickup to function correctly.   The bugID <key>CSCus49666</key> shows fixed in releases as (0), Release Pending.   Does anyone have a timescale for this to be resolved?
