Description (partial)

Symptom:
Resuming a call on a shared line in ERST fails when the call is placed on hold by a SIP phone and an attempt to resume is performed on a SCCP phone.

Conditions:
A shared line is configured on both SCCP and SIP phones. 
Both SIP and SCCP phones failover to ESRST on an IOS gateway
IOS 15.4(3)M and later is impacted
Failure occurs when call is answered by SIP phone and an attempt at resuming the call is made by SCCP phone. 
If SCCP phone places a call on hold, it can be resumed by SIP phone.
