Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to copy paste a dial-peer with "session server-group" configuration.  The session-target is define as soon as session protocol SipV2 is place under dial peer. This cause session server-group not to be define under the dial-peer until session-target is removed.

If customer is using new command "session server-group" under the dial-peer which was introduce in  IOS 15.4(1)T. Then customer is unable to copy paste the dial-peer configuration due to "session-target" is define as soon as session protocol SipV2 is place under dial peer. This cause session server-group not to be define under the dial-peer until session-target is removed.

Due to the above issue, customer is unable to copy paste the configuration of dial-peer with out negating the session target.

Conditions:
If customer is using new command "session server-group" under the dial-peer which was introduce in  IOS 15.4(1)T.
