Symptom: Navigation to Service Profile is not happening Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - User Management - User Settings - Service Profile - Add New - Create minimum 51 profiles . Set max list item - 50 in Enterprise parameter Config page Go to User Management - End User - Add New - Click find button in "UC Service Profile". Find and List user profile window is opening instead of Find and List Service Profiles .
