Description (partial)

Symptom:
This is to document that unless user choose the device from the control list and only when user make the call using the device that is selected, then there will be on the phone status change on Cucilync. Developer has confirm this is working as designed and the feature can only be achieved via enhancement request 
When cucilync 9.7.5 didn't select the device from control list, on the phone presence status is not showing 
It can happen to when user is selecting soft phone mode, when dialing from deskphone on the phone status is not showing because cycilync didn't select the deskphone device
It can happen to when user have 2 deskphone, if cucilync only selects 1 device,, when dialing from the other deskphone (not select) then on the phone status is not showing
It can also happen when user is making/receiving call on Jabber mobile phone-only mode with the same User ID and extension number
Only when cucilync is selecting the device and user dials using that device, on the phone status will be showing
Below release note needs to be changed to user needs to select the device from the control list and sip trunk is not required
- Off Hook Dialing Does Not Change Presence States
Problem description: A Cisco UC Integration for Microsoft Lync user dials a number directly from the desk phone, or other device. The availability status does not change to indicate the user is on a call. 
Ensure the user is associated with the line number
Ensure the SIP trunk
The enhancement request are below
1.	When user selects soft phone mode from CUCIlync and make/receive a call on a deskphone, status should change to ?On a Call?  in Lync
2.	When user makes/receives from his deskphone without the need to select the deskphone from the control list of cuciLync
3.	When user makes/receives from his other devices (shared line) 
4.	When user makes/receives call from his Jabber Mobile in phone-only mode with same User ID and Extension No.

Conditions:
When user with cucilync 9.7.5 or 9.x didn't select the device from control list, on the phone presence status is not showing 

It can happen to when the user is selecting soft phone mode, when dialing from deskphone on the phone status is not showing because cycilync didn't select the deskphone device

It can happen to when the user have 2 deskphone, if cucilync only selects 1 device,, when dialing from the other deskphone (not select) then on the phone status is not showing
