Symptom: Able to login with User Template Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - User management - User Setting - Service Profile - Add New - Create a profile Then go to BAT - Users - User template - Add New - Create a template with created service profile Go to Created Service profile configuration page - Select Dependency Record - Click on End User - Click end user name - Now edit password and assign CM super user in Access control group - click save . Now login with created user template name and password . Can able to login successfully. Have attached snapshot. Kindly look out it.
