Description (partial)

Symptom:
User created  custom date variable are not stored in the client

Conditions:
Behavior change between 5.x and 6.x .  In 5.3.1 when a user created a custom date variable that variable was stored in the registry so that the next time they logged in the variable was available to be used in creating new jobs.  This information needs to be stored in the usrmst_profile field so that the information is available in both the Web Client and the Java Client.
