Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using SaCMD, if you have two similarly named accounts and the only difference is that one is lower case (RTU for example) and the other is upper case (Workgroup), and you use the upper case option in SaCMD to assign the owner, regardless of whether or not you specify the upper case option, the user will always default to the lower case
