Cisco Bug: CSCus47235 - CUCM 10.5.2 CN not duplicated into SAN for CSR

Symptom: CN if equal to the SAN name is not added to the Subject Alternate Name extension. Additionally, if set web-security has been used previously a blank entry will be added into the CSR. Conditions: 1 - This issue is seen when the CN is equal to a SAN. 2 - This issue occurs on Single and Multiserver certs. 3 - When the CN equals a SAN, the SAN will be removed during CSR generation. Due to CA requirements, the CN must be a FQDN. 4* - If the set web-security command has been used previously, generation of the CSR will yield an empty entry in the CSR that the CA won't recognize.
