Description (partial)

Symptom:
Admin can assign roles to users in CUIC and those roles will get removed on 'some' sync event from UCCX.

Conditions:
UCCX 10.6 and in CUIC roles are assigned to users.  When an immediate sync occurs like from the CLI it will cause a reversal of those roles back to default of OFF.

Does anyone have any input on a workaround on this? It is very aggravating to my customers trying to access the CUIC and getting their permissions reset everyday. I tried creating a non AD integrated user and giving it permissions in CUIC but overnight it gets reset as well. the only account that is usable everyday is ccmadmin.
