3850 switch becomes sluggish and causes network problems after just a few days of uptime.

show proc cpu detailed process iosd sorted result:
Core 0: CPU utilization for five seconds: 3%; one minute: 2%; five minutes: 2%
Core 1: CPU utilization for five seconds: 7%; one minute: 2%; five minutes: 1%
