Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unhandled exception in standalone CX and PRSM off-box manager.

Conditions:
Exception occurs when navigating for the first time, or after a login timeout, to pages whose
URL contains a CA_1 and/or CA_1_V parameter.

The exception will also occur if the user copies the drilldown page URL, logs out, and 
pastes the URL into the browser address text area.

This affects all standalone CX and PRSM 9.3.x.x versions.
