Symptom: Unable to Delete Manager through Custom File Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - Create Manager and Assistant with middle Name. Then upload text file with middle name under Manager - Delete Custom File . Go to BAT - Manager/Assistant - Manager - delete Manager - Custom File - Select middle Name - Select uploaded file from drop down list - Click Find - Submit Now go to job Scheduler - there It Shows completed. if we click job id, its not showing anything. Have attached snapshot.Kindly lookout it.
