Symptom:
Description:
Vxc.exe and LogMeUp.exe in run-time have unnecessary high (~180) number of TCP connections directed at 127.0.0.1 (loopback address). Same situation is found on HVD where hvdagent.exe, CiscoJabber.exe, vxcsettings.exe are creating high number of TCP connections.

Steps to reproduce:
Have VXME4Win deployed in accordance to deployment guide and run task manager > performance > resource monitor.

Conditions:
Have VXME4Win deployed in accordance to deployment guide.
