Description (partial)

Symptom:
MAC address configured on one secure interface is seen on another secure interface in the same VLAN is allowing

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduced
====================
1. Verify that the GE_XP, 10GE_XP, GE_XPE, or 10GE_XPE card is installed in L2-over-DWDM mode
2. Provision two ONE-GE payloads
3. In card view, click the Provisioning > Ether Ports > Ethernet tab > NIM > select as NNI Modes for payloads
4. In card view, click the Provisioning > SVLAN > SVLAN DB tab > Add row(s) > Edit SVLAN ID, as 100 > Store
5. In card view, click the Provisioning > SVLAN > NNI SVLAN tab > Check "Port 1-1 (ONE_GE)" and "Port 2-1 (ONE_GE)" > Apply
6. In card view, click the Provisioning > Security > MAC Fllter tab > Edit MAC Address for 1-1(ONE-GE) and 2-1(ONE-GE) ports > Checked Allowed > Apply
7. Applied, while MAC address configured on one secure interface is seen on another secure interface in the same VLAN is prohibited.
