Symptom: Unable to Update Route group in Device pool Config page Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - Call routing - Route/Hunt - Route Group - Add new - Create a Route group. Go to System - Device pool - create a device pool - Click save (Don't Select Standard Route group field) Now select created Route group from Standard route group drop down list - click save .It shows update successful. but not updating Route group. Note: While we create Device Pool, select route group - click save - then it updates Route Group successfully if we make changes later. Have attached snapshot.Kindly lookout it.
