Symptom: Owner Field Should be uneditable in Access List Configuration Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - Call Routing - Class of control - Access List - Add New - Enter name , Select owner then click Save - Again select another owner from the drop down list - Click Save - Shows Update Successful . But its not updating new owner filed. After click save , owner field should become uneditable. Note: We should have created minimum 2 end users. Have attached snapshot. Kindly lookout it.
