Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer wants to run Outbound campaign Preview Mode but the agent stuck in reserved after accepting the call. after few seconds, Red X appears with Operation timed out.

Conditions:
Outbound campaign Preview Mode
Confirmed that only Agents with Supervisor capability are affected by this issue. working fine on Agents only
