Description (partial)

Symptom:
SNMP entries for transceivers will show in entPhysicalTable even
after the transceiver is physically removed.
Transceivers with DOM capability are the only transceivers
currently showing the problem after removal.

Conditions:
Current requirement is to poll ciscoEntitySensorMIB to first
in order to populate all transceiver entries in SNMP.
If for some reason ciscoEntitySensorMIB is not polled,
then there will be no problem.
Currently only SFP with DOM and SFP+ that are DOM capable
are populated. So if the transceivers are copper or
fiber without DOM capability, then there will also be no problem
regarding removal.
