Symptom: Unable to perform Reset password/Pin through BAT Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - User management - End Users - Create a User Go to BAT - Users - Reset Password/Pin - query - Find - next - Edit changes - Submit Same behavior found, when tried to insert users. Then go to Job Scheduler page - There it is showing Processing for long time. Have attached snapshot. kindly lookout it.
