DRS: Unable to enable schedular

1. Add Backup device and do back and restore on CUCM.
2. Go to backup--->Scheduler---> select the scheduler and click disable, scheduler will be disabled 
3. Again select the scheduler and click disable once again,we will ge message as expected  saying scheduler is already disabled.
4. now select it again and click enable,  now we will get message
" Status: 	Failed to enable schedule.-: The Schedule is already Enabled."
