Description (partial)

Most companies use Outlook / exchange (including Cisco) as their corporate standard for meetings. Webex/outlook integration should synchronize calendaring a lot better or just kill the ability to have a calendar in webex.

If someone invites a user via the webex scheduling web page and sends a separate outlook. They cancel the outlook, but since there is zero penalty for not deleting a webex meeting, those don't get cancelled. Users get
multiple notifications a week for orphaned meetings.

The other option is to create a decline / remove me button for webex users to get off of meetings they either can't attend or don't need to attend.

This is a very annoying situation that could be resolved
