Description (partial)

Symptom:
FI in NPV and while the FC Port Channel is Enabled and UP, change the FC Trunking mode from DISABLED to ENABLED. The FC Port Channel goes DOWN and the ports go into error disabled state. Changing the Trunk Mode back to Disabled, Disabling/Enabling the FI FC Ports, and Disabling/Enabling the FC Port Channel won't bring the FC Port Channel back up.

Conditions:
FI in NPV mode and trying to change the FC Port channel trunking mode from DISABLED to ENABLED while port channel is Enabled and UP.
