Description (partial)

Symptom:
Fault F0467 raised due to Invalid VLAN Configuration (rule: fv-nw-issues-config-failed).

The following errors are also seen in the svc_ifc_policyelem.log on one or more leaf nodes:

Conditions:
- Two (2) VLAN Pools created with one (1) or more overlapping VLANs
- Overlapping Namespaces have multiple blocks under them and not all the blocks are overlapping.
- Remove the first VLAN Pool
- Attempt to deploy an EPG using one of the overlapping VLANs from the remaining VLAN Pool
