Description (partial)

Symptom:
When we do a save operation on call home page we hit "HTTPS Server Connection ERROR:Failed to connect to SCH Backend Server. Please contact your system administrator. . Call Home Configuration saved successfully"

Conditions:
When we configure smart call home with spl characters like `" etc  in company and address tab, We are  getting below error

"HTTPS Server Connection ERROR:Failed to connect to SCH Backend Server. Please contact your system administrator. . Call Home Configuration saved successfully "
