Description (partial)
Symptom: SSL tunnel disconnects after user completes SBL login, but before the user has completed entering credentials into Windows via the user login screen. Conditions: The issue is seen with the AnyConnect Start Before Logon feature when used on Windows operating systems which use the credential provider architecture (Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8). To reproduce the issue the user must establish a VPN tunnel before logon and then must allow the Windows logon process to time out back to the Ctrl-Alt-Del screen (2 minutes), which will result in a termination of the VPN tunnel.
