Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a caller is put on hold (start hearing music) and then removed from hold for longer than 10 seconds and then put back on hold they may hear the music restarting from the beginning.

Conditions:
When caller is removed from hold and no other callers are on hold for same MOH audio source the MOH audio music source will be rewound to beginning audio file after 10 seconds with no callers on hold.
