Description (partial)

Symptom:
OSPFv3 does not form adjacency over Virtual-Access interface (cloned from Virtual-template).
OSPFv3 miss the interface in the list of enabled interfaces, even though you have following configuration

interface Virtual-Template<Number>
 ipv6 enable
 ospfv3 <process ID> [ipv4 | ipv6] area <area ID>

Conditions:
Running PPP over FR.
Remove and add back all the ipv6 addressees under virtual-template.
optional: clear ppp session.
