Description (partial)
Symptom: Able to read FPD details of top half chassis (LCs & FCs) on FT0 removal, which are powered off. Conditions: 1) Pull out FT0 (top fan tray) from the chassis 2) After pulling out FT0, top half rack is powered down and this brings 0/5, 0/RP0, 0/FC0, 0/FC1 to POWERED OFF state 3) 'show hw-module fpd' fetches FPD details from the powered off FRUs as well- 0/5, 0/FC0, 0/FC1, which is not expected. FDP details are not fetched from 0/RP0 as expected. Lets have consistency in reading the FPD details - either fetch from all FRUs including RP if there is a way to fetch or do not fetch from all other POWERED OFF modules.
