Symptom: The Skills Statistics Display report show inactive skills. Initially when reskilled and the skill was removed it's is also removed from the Skills Statistics Display report. But if the agent restarts their CAD client the skill shows back up but as inactive and with no statistics. Conditions: Agents are reskilled removing a skill that re-appears after CAD is restarted.
