Description (partial)

According to the document below, service profiles are grabbed based on the CSF associated to each user . Hence if you intent to use different service profiles for two different users then associating the same CSF to these users is not possible .

suppose you have two service profiles configured SP1 and SP2.
Two users  >user1    >user2
one CSF  > CSF1
Now if you intend to use the same CSF that CSF1 for user1 and user2 and also associate SP1 to user1 and SP2 to user2 then user 2might end up using SP1 . 
This is because Service profiles are grabbed based on the CSF associated hence in above scenario both users will end up using same service profile.
