Line protocol flapping, some times with link up/down also, which would cause PDs like AP disconnected/reboot.

When "Energy-Efficient Ethernet" feature enabled on both Catalyst 2960X switchport and on the PDs.

Bug ID - <key>CSCus35889</key> - (2960-X) "EEE" and PD device causing intermittent link flap - no fix yet I am trying this fix: : eee has been disabled on all interfaces - "no power efficient-Ethernet" (be careful with this command as it restarts the interface) Hopefully the cisco 7911 phones will stop randomly reloading or ports flapping.
