Description (partial)

Symptom:
Currently, the only file format available on CUIC Scheduler is a .CSV format when we set it up to back up to "remote location". Email option provides different file format options for example, exporting to PDF, .XLS format
This doesn't preserve the file formatting and few customers have found it difficult with just .csv file formatting available

Conditions:
When "back up to remote location" option is used
