Description (partial)

Symptom:An IOS router may experience a crash in the "BGP Router" process when following configuration exist on the router:

    bgp rpki server tcp X.X.X.X port X refresh X

Exception to IOS Thread:
Frame pointer 0x7F1FF35AF6A0, PC = 0xA3258A

UNIX-EXT-SIGNAL: Segmentation fault(11), Process = BGP Router
-Traceback= 1...

Conditions:1) bgp default route received from a peer
2) rpki configured on router
3) router running 64 bit IOS version (ASR1K, ASR90x)
