Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to access the ISE management interface using IE 11 after upgrading to 1.3

Conditions:
My customer is using a Lenovo Yoga laptop to manage their network.  Prior to upgrading to ISE 1.3, they were able to access the ISE management interface after logging in.  Now, however, they receive an error message that ISE cannot be managed by a mobile device.  They are likely being seen as a mobile device because the browser (IE 11) User Agent is seen as:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; Trident/7.0; Touch; .NET4.0E; .NET4.0C; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Tablet PC 2.0; InfoPath.3; rv:11.0) like Gecko  

The "Tablet PC 2.0" piece is likely the culprit.
