Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phones are not falling back to CUCM after DNS timeout on the phone in a DNS enabled environment.

Conditions:
The phones which go in to SRST mode does not register back to CUCM once the services are up.
the issue is noticed when the phone uses DNS name for CUCM and resets after falling back to SRST mode.
When the DNS is not reachable the phone tries to look for DNS server 3 time and times out and never tries to lookup after that.
