Cisco Bug: CSCus31624 - Certificate expiry with self-provisionig not shows SSID when reconecting

Symptom: When the certificate of the endpoint is expired and is redirected to the certificate expiry flow using self-provisioning portal the endpoint while redirecting doesn't show the SSID name. It shows as $NEWSSID$ as the one to reconnect. It should show the SSID name. Conditions: Certificate expiry flow using the self-provisioning portal. The message is not clear to the users.
