Description (partial)

Symptom:
After a disruptive upgrade of a Nexus 5600/6000 to NX-OS 7.1(0)N1(1), vPCs will fail to come up on the newly upgraded switch. VPCs will be in a down state due to Global compat check failed

Conditions:
Seen after a disruptive NX-OS upgrade to 7.1(0)N1(1) of a Nexus 5600/6000 with vPCs configured. This issue is seen in a upgrade scenario of switches in vPC domain where one switch is running 7.1(0)N1(1) and the other switch is yet to be upgraded. This bug is seen after a disruptive NX-OS upgrade of Nexus 5600/6000 to NX-OS 7.1(0)N1(1). This bug is NOT seen in Nexus 5548/5596 series switches.
