Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Customer needs to get the serial number from touch pads for better inventory and contract control. For example our C20s, C40s, and SX20s the touch panel was not bundled with the codec. Therefore each touch panel for these systems carries a maintenance contract which cannot be viewed from TMS. Conditions: TMS running software release 14.5. Many endpoints models (C series, MX series, SX series and EX series all managed by TMS) running different releases.
