Description (partial)

When we play the recording created via CWMS using URL or downloaded, we receive a message saying that "The WebEx Network Recording Player plays only Advanced Recording Files (.arf) generated from the Cisco WebEx Meetings Server." and the recording doesn't play back.

CWMS any user deployment running 2.0MR2 or higher version
