Unable to access Extension Mobility on a 6921 handset - CUCM v10.5
I am currently experiencing a fault when trying to enable extension mobility on a Cisco 6921 handset. We recently upgraded our CUCM from v8.5 to v10.5. There were no connection issues when extension mobility was enabled on a Cisco 6921 handset when running on CUCM v.8.5 The active load for the 6921 is SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR1 - this was the same load on CUCM v8.5 & v10.5   I have tried other handsets on CUCM v10.5 (7911, 7821, 7861) and they are able to enable extension mobility.
