Description (partial)

Symptom:
(i) speed 100, speed auto 100, speed auto 100 1000 are not valid commands on Redmond2 QSFP ports
(ii) speed 40000 is not valid command on Redmond2 QSA ports

Conditions:
When QSFP is plugged in Redmond2 port for issue (i), QSA is plugged in Redmond2 for issue (ii)
