Symptom:
When creating filters in XNC MM and NDB, users can only assign one ethertype per filter. This also applies to static flows. Users should be able to apply an arbitrary number of ethertypes to a given filter to consolidate filters and rules.

Conditions:
Using XNC Monitor Manager/Nexus Data Broker and creating user-defined ethertypes
