Description (partial)

No way to cancel a consult transfer when the transfer is invoked using a CTI/JATPI based application only when the service parameter of Transfer On-hook Enabled set to True on the CUCM.

The service parameter of Transfer On-hook Enabled set to True which is not the default setting.
