Cisco Bug: CSCus26498 - refreshing report output page will sometimes drop objects

Symptom: refreshing report output page will sometimes drop objects Conditions: Hit refresh on a report output page and after a few tries some objects will go missing. Easily reproducible using chrome/firefox, ML versions 6.0 & 6.1 AND 5.4. To reproduce: run a report which generates more than 10 rows and has graphs. For example: ad hoc/some interfaces/traffin. Select "view all graphs" on the report output - and then detach the graphs, which makes it easier to refresh. Then stack or overlay by property to clean up the output. Then hit ^R about 3 or 4 times. At this point the last object will usually go missing. No graphs nor data. Oddly, hitting ^R again doesn't reduce the list further. Not at all a regression - which easily occurs in 5.4. If you close the browser and restart it - the object remains missing. The workaround is to go back to the report history page and review the report. See screenshots. Used Cox data with 6.1, 6.0 & 5.4.
