Description (partial)
Symptom: A VRF RIB route with both a next-hop address and a next-hop interface that is redistributed into BGP and exported into the global table fails to carry over the next-hop interface when it is installed by BGP into the default RIB table. Conditions: BGP route export from a VRF to the default table.
