Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unusually large numbers of messages on the TelePresence Server event log of the form:

4097    12:56:32.457     ECA    Info    call 35: bad video received
4098    12:56:44.667     ECA    Info    call 35: good video received
4099    12:57:24.723     ECA    Info    call 35: bad video received
4100    12:57:44.749     ECA    Info    call 35: good video received

Video quality remains unaffected, except for the expected pulsing as a result of many keyframes.

Conditions:
Only known to affect the Media 3x0 platforms of TelePresence Server with encrypted Lync 2013 calls.
